Post-Doc.: Experimental Quantum Physics

Our team at the Centre for Quantum Technology (CQT) invites highly motivated applicants for a position at the postdoctoral level. CQT is one of Singapore’s research centres of excellence initiated to explore future key technologies. More than 100 researchers from over 30 countries work at the Centre for Quantum Technologies.

The successful candidate will play an integral role in the future development of the superconducting atom chip project. The group is well equipped, has sufficient funding and is actively supporting new ideas which could lead to independent research projects. The research lab is hosted on the NTU "garden" campus in vibrant and cosmopolitan city state Singapore located in the heart of Southeast Asia. Requirements:
This position requires a PhD in physics with the research focus in the field of experimental ultra cold atoms/ions or closely-related areas. Applicants should also have an excellent track record of publications and experience presenting at conferences.

Post-Doc: Experimental Chemical Physics

Job Description

We are seeking to recruit talented and enthusiastic young scientists who are highly motivated in the areas of experimental physical chemistry, chemical physics, biophysics, and condensed-matter physics.
The successful candidates will be integrated in a dynamic group working in the field of optical spectroscopy and microscopy (multi-dimensional spectroscopy, ultrafast nonlinear spectroscopy, nonlinear microscopy, confocal microscopy) with an emphasis on studying excitonic materials including semiconductors and light-harvesting proteins.
The call will remain open until the position is filled.
